1. 30-day return period
A Consumer and an Entrepreneur with consumer rights who has concluded a distance contract have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days. The Seller voluntarily extends this period to 30 calendar days from the day on which the Product is taken into possession by the Consumer or by a third party indicated by the Consumer, other than the carrier.
Withdrawal from the contract within the extended 30-day period is carried out in accordance with the rules set out in the Lumpurini Online Store Terms and Conditions and in this Returns Policy.
2. How to request a return
To withdraw from the contract, you only need to inform us of your decision before the end of 30 calendar days from the day you received the Product.
The statement may be sent by e-mail to office@lumpurini.com or in writing to the following address: LUMPUR-P SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, ul. Garbarska 18, lok. 10.8, 20-340 Lublin, Poland.
You may use the return form available on the Store website, but this is not mandatory.
3. Where to send the product
After submitting the statement of withdrawal from the contract, the Product should be returned without delay, no later than within 14 calendar days from the day the statement of withdrawal from the contract was submitted.

We do not accept return shipments sent cash on delivery.
4. Who covers the cost of return shipping?
The direct costs of returning the Product, i.e. the cost of return shipping to the returns warehouse, are borne by the Customer.
If the Customer selected a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered in the Store, the Seller is not required to refund the additional delivery costs incurred by the Customer.
5. Refunds
The Seller will refund the Customer all payments received, including the costs of delivering the Product to the Customer, except for any additional costs resulting from the Customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method available in the Store.
The refund will be made without delay, no later than within 14 calendar days from the day the Seller receives the statement of withdrawal from the contract.
The Seller may withhold the refund until the Product has been received or until the Customer provides proof of having sent it back.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that the Customer used, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another refund method that does not involve any costs for the Customer.
6. Condition of the returned product
The Customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the Product resulting from using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.
Where possible, please return the Product complete, together with its accessories, documents and packaging, as this will help us process the return. The absence of the original packaging does not exclude the right to withdraw from the contract.
7. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply in the cases indicated in the Lumpurini Online Store Terms and Conditions and in the applicable provisions of law, in particular with respect to non-prefabricated Products manufactured according to the Customer’s specifications or intended to meet the Customer’s individual needs, as well as in other cases provided for by law.
